The conference registration fees are as follows:
Early bird registration (from 15 December 2026)
- 175 euros for students
- 200 euros for professionals
Standard Registration (from 15 Jannuary 2027)
- 200 euros for students
- 250 euros for professionals
Presenters and Facilitators
- 175 euros
Streaming access
After the end of the conference, you will have the possibility to access the following content for one month: the opening ceremony, the keynote speakers’ presentations, and all conference papers.
- 50 euros for online recording access
Additional fee events

Further information on how to register for additional-fee events events not included in the official programme will be provided in due course
| PLEASE NOTE 1. All participants are required to register for the conference (according to the different registration categories). 2. Also being selected as a presenter of a workshop, paper, or masterclass does not entitle you to free registration. 3. Conference presenters are required to pay their fee before the 15 of Jannuary 2027 4. The final conference programme will be available after mid-January 5. For safety reasons, admission to events, workshops, or masterclasses that were not selected at the time of registration cannot be guaranteed. 6. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ANYONE WHO CAN’T ATTEND THE CONFERENCE |

1. The conference registration fee INCLUDES
- Participation in the Opening Ceremony on 7 May 2027 at Aula Manodori
- The welcome buffet on friday 7 May
- Participation in workshops, masterclasses, paper presentations, and keynote speeches (see programme)
- Coffee breaks and lunches as indicated in the programme on 8–9 May 2027
- Admission to the after-party at Teatro La Cavallerizza
- The conference programme/catalogue in electronic format
2. The conference registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Admission to and visit of the Fondazione Famiglia Sarzi in Reggio Emilia (6 May 2027 – additional-fee event)
- Admission to and visit of the Fondazione Reggio Children (additional-fee event)
- Conference merchandise/gadgets
- Anything not specifically indicated in the programme
