The REGGIO EMILIA WELCOME office – IAT-R Tourist Reception and Information Office, the operational structure of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia, is available to provide support in finding and booking accommodation options in the city during the conference days (tourist apartments, B&Bs, hotels, and farmhouses).
You can send your request to the tour operator responsible for managing the tourist office, Itinere Srl, at info@itinere.re.it, indicating in the subject of the email: “Accommodation request for SPID 2027”.
In the body of the email specify:
- Check-in and check-out dates and number of nights
- N. of people
- Number of rooms required and occupancy (e.g. Double room with separate beds / Double room for single occupancy)
- Meals included in the overnight stay: breakfast; breakfast + dinner (half board)
- Other services required (e.g. parking)
You can also request the addition of other services such as chauffeur-driven transport, trains, bike rental, car rental, experiences, guided tours.
The service is optional: participants are free to arrange their stay themselves and to book directly at the accommodation facilities of their interest.
Given the possible limited availability of accommodation facilities during the high season, it is recommended to proceed with the reservation request in advance.
